Our Security officers play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security at hospitality sites such as hotels, resorts, and event venues. Here are some of their key duties:

1. Access Control

Control access to the property by checking credentials, verifying identities, and ensuring that only authorised individuals are allowed entry. This may involve checking guest IDs, monitoring entrances and exits, and enforcing any access restrictions or security protocols

2. Customer Services

While our security officers are primarily focused on security-related tasks,
they also play a role in providing customer service to guests. This may involve
providing directions, assisting with luggage or other needs, and addressing any
concerns or questions that guests may have.

3. Report Writing

Our security officers are often required to document their activities, observations, and any incidents that occur during their shift. This includes writing detailed reports that may be used for incident investigation, legal purposes, or management review.
